Employment Bridge – Employability Enhancement Program (EEP)

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Employment Bridge, a training and placement support platform based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

By accessing our website, registering for any program, filling any form, or making any payment, the user agrees to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Company Information

Employment Bridge provides professional training, employability skill development, and placement support services through its Employability Enhancement Program (EEP).

The purpose of the program is to improve job readiness and employability of candidates across India.

2. Nature of Services

Employment Bridge offers the following services:

• Employability skill training programs
• Communication and personality development training
• Resume building and interview preparation
• Career guidance and employability mentoring
• Placement support and job interview assistance

These services are designed to prepare candidates for employment opportunities across various industries.

3. Training Admission Fee

Candidates enrolling in the Employability Enhancement Program (EEP) are required to pay a one-time training admission fee of ₹1499.

This fee is charged strictly for:

• Professional training
• Skill development sessions
• Training resources and program administration
• Employability enhancement services

The training admission fee is not a job placement fee and must not be interpreted as a payment for employment. 

4. Non-Refundable Fee Policy

The ₹1499 training admission fee is strictly non-refundable once the candidate has successfully registered in the program.

Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances including but not limited to:

• Candidate voluntarily withdrawing from the program
• Candidate absence during training sessions
• Candidate personal reasons or change of decision
• Candidate failure to attend interviews
• Candidate rejection by employers
• Candidate failure to complete the training program

By making the payment, the candidate acknowledges and agrees that the training admission fee is final and non-refundable.

5. Training Program Structure

The Employability Enhancement Program (EEP) may include:

• Communication skill development
• Personality development training
• Resume preparation workshops
• Mock interview sessions
• Workplace behaviour training
• Job readiness guidance

The training may be conducted through:

• Classroom / Offline training
or
• Online training sessions

Employment Bridge reserves the right to determine the training format based on operational requirements.

6. Placement Support

Upon successful completion of the training program, candidates will receive free placement support from Employment Bridge.

Placement support may include:

• Job interview opportunities
• Resume forwarding to potential employers
• Interview scheduling assistance
• Job application support

Employment Bridge provides Pan-India placement assistance across multiple companies and industries.

7. Job Opportunity Timeline

Employment Bridge will make reasonable efforts to arrange interview opportunities for eligible candidates after completion of training.

In many cases, candidates may receive interview calls within 7 days after completing the training program.

However, job selection depends on several factors including:

• Candidate interview performance
• Employer hiring requirements
• Candidate qualifications and skills
• Availability of job openings

Employment Bridge cannot guarantee selection in any specific company.

8. No Job Sale Policy

Employment Bridge strictly follows a No Job Sale Policy.

The company does not sell jobs or guarantee employment in exchange for payment.

The ₹1499 fee is collected only for professional training and employability skill development.

All placement support provided after training is completely free of cost.

9. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates participating in the program agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and educational information
• Attend training sessions sincerely
• Maintain discipline during the training program
• Participate in interview preparation activities
• Cooperate during placement processes

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in removal from the program without refund.

10. Data Usage & Consent

By registering for the program, candidates consent to the use of their:

• Resume
• Contact information
• Educational qualifications
• Professional details

This information may be used for training administration and shared with potential employers strictly for placement purposes.

Employment Bridge follows reasonable measures to protect candidate data.

11. Limitation of Liability

Employment Bridge shall not be held responsible for:

• Hiring decisions made by third-party employers
• Job offer withdrawals by companies
• Delays in recruitment processes
• Candidate performance during interviews
• External economic or industry factors affecting recruitment

12. Termination of Services

Employment Bridge reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation of candidates who:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Violate program policies
• Engage in misconduct during training
• Disrupt program activities

Termination may occur without refund of the training fee.

13. Modification of Program

Employment Bridge reserves the right to:

• Modify training schedules
• Update program modules
• Change trainers or delivery format
• Update placement procedures

These changes may be made to improve the quality of the program

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of the use of Employment Bridge services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for the program, submitting forms, or making payment, the candidate confirms that they have:

• Read and understood these Terms & Conditions
• Agreed to the training admission fee policy
• Voluntarily enrolled in the Employability Enhancement Program (EEP)
