Services paid for were not delivered as agreed upon.
There was a billing error or duplicate payment.
Dissatisfaction with services due to verifiable non-performance or unmet commitments, subject to review.

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
If the service has already been fully rendered or completed.
For dissatisfaction arising from factors outside of Employment Bridge’s control, such as the candidate’s or employer’s decision after a successful match.
Failure to provide required information or documentation for the services to proceed.
Change of mind after services have commenced.

3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
1. Submit a written request to [help@employmentbridge.in] with the following details:
Full Name
Transaction ID or Invoice Number
Reason for requesting a refund (with relevant evidence, if applicable).
2. The request must be submitted within [ 7/14/30 days] of the payment date.

4. Refund Review Timeline
Refund requests will be reviewed within [ 7 business days].
Upon approval, refunds will be processed within [ 5-10 business days ], depending on your payment method.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Cancellations
For services that require advance payment or subscription:
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least [ 48 hours] before the service commencement date to be eligible for a refund.
Any late cancellation may result in partial or no refunds, depending on the work already completed.
