Refund Policy for Carrier Solution

Services paid for were not delivered as agreed upon.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

 

 Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases: 

 

If the service has already been fully rendered or completed.

 

For dissatisfaction arising from factors outside of Carriersolution control, such as the candidate’s or employer’s decision after a successful match.

 

Failure to provide required information or documentation for the services to proceed.

 

Change of mind after services have commenced.

 

 

 

 

3. Refund Request Process

 

To request a refund:

Transaction ID or Invoice Number

 

Reason for requesting a refund (with relevant evidence, if applicable).
