1. Introduction 

Employment Bridge  , located in Kolkata, West Bengal, specializes in staffing, recruitment, and career development services. By availing of our services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

2. Services Offered

Recruitment and staffing solutions for employers.

Career development services, including resume building, interview preparation,Personality development and job placement assistance.

3. Fees and Refund Policy

One-Time Fee: A ₹1500 one-time fee is charged for job seekers to access our services.

Refund Eligibility and Structure : Refunds are performance-based and tied to the candidate’s employment tenure and feedback submissions:

1. After the 1st Day of Joining : Provide a feedback video about Employment Bridge’s service to receive ₹300 back.

2.After 30 Days of Service with the same employer : Submit a feedback video about your experience with the employer to receive up to ₹200

3.After 180 Days of Service (6 Months) with the same employer : Submit a final feedback video about your overall experience with Employment Bridge and the employer. Upon verification, up to 100% of the ₹1000 fee will be refunded.

Conditions for Refunds :

Feedback videos must be submitted as per the timeline and guidelines provided.

Employment tenure must be verified with the employer before processing refunds.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method  within 30 working days after verification.

Failure to submit feedback videos or meet eligibility criteria will invalidate refund requests.

4. Payment Methods

Payments are accepted via UPI and bank transfer.

GST will be charged, and invoices will be issued for all transactions.

5. Responsibilities of Users

For Job Seekers:

Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and employment processes.

Submit feedback videos on time to qualify for refunds.

Understand that refunds are tied to verified employment tenure and feedback submissions.

For Employers:

Provide legitimate job opportunities with accurate descriptions.

Verify employment tenure of candidates upon request from Employment Bridge.

6. Privacy Policy

Employment Bridge collects and processes personal information solely for service delivery and refund processing.

Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7. No Guarantee of Employment

Employment Bridge   does not guarantee job placement but provides opportunities and assistance to job seekers.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

Provide false or misleading information.

Use Employment Bridge services for fraudulent or illegal activities.

Attempt to bypass Employment Bridge  to establish direct contact with employers or candidates.

9. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be resolved through arbitration, following the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). Arbitration proceedings will be held in Kolkata, West Bengal, and the decision will be binding on all parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

Employment Bridge  is not liable for:

Disputes between employers and job seekers.

Loss of employment or damages caused by third parties.

Misrepresentation of information by users.

11. Termination of Services

Employment Bridge   reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice for users who:

Violate these terms and conditions.

Fail to provide accurate information or engage in prohibited activities.

12. Refund Timelines

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days 

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Employment Bridge   reserves the right to modify these terms periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction restricted to the courts and arbitration tribunals in Kolkata, West Bengal.
